We hope that all of you will be able to attend the convention. If by some misfortune you cannot, you can mail fish directly to the hotel during the weekdays preceding the convention. That is, fish should arrive between Monday 5/18 and Thursday 5/21, inclusive. The address to use is:

Originally we had hoped to set up a special account with UPS for shipping fish to the convention (and possibly home again) but they will only accept live fish as overnight packages, which would be prohibitive in cost. We recommend shipping fish by Priority mail.

We will be setting up tanks in our suite to "fish sit" mail-ins that arrive early in the week. These will be fed grindal worms and/or baby brine shrimp up until Friday.

For shipping fish home, if you are unable to pack them in your checked bags (which is what we do ourselves), you can mail them from the US Post Office on the road in to the airport (Airport Way). There is also a mail facility, which handles UPS, FedEx and USPS in the Lloyd Center, across from the hotel.
