- Advanced registration is encouraged in order to make Friday's convention registration
process as quick as possible. Please use the Show Entry Registration Form to list
all the fish you intend to enter. Changes can be made at the time of convention
registration. Send all completed Show Entry Registration Forms to:

- All show fish will be entered into the Sunday auction as donations (no seller split).
- Show Room setup will begin a 6:00 p.m. Thursday. Registered convention attendees are
welcome (actually encouraged!) to help with the setup. Contact Mike Stoecker by

- Benching will begin at 9:00 a.m. Friday
- The show room will be open to convention attendees Friday evening during benching.
Please be considerate of show staff benching fish while in the show room.
- The show room will be open for public viewing Saturday after judging,
approximately 12:00 p.m. (noon) (see Schedule).
- The show room will reopen after the banquet until 12:00 a.m. (midnight), when tear down
begins. Attendees will be welcome (really, really encouraged!!!) to help with the

information. Tear down will continue as long as everyone can physically bag fish
<s>. Tear down will resume at 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
- The auction will begin at 11:00 a.m. sharp.
- Registration for the auction is open to attendees and the public. Registration
will begin Sunday morning (time TBA). Your registration number will also server as
your auction number.
- Fish Sale seller proceeds from the previous day will be available for pick up at the
Auction Registration table.
- This will be an "All Tab" auction. You will be required to submit a
signed check, or drivers license, or major credit card at registration. Licenses and
credit cards will be returned at check out once you account has been settled and your
auction paddle has been returned.
- The fish will be auction in class and bag number order, starting with the lowest
numbered bag in Class 1 - Natives. All bags in a class will be auctioned before the
next class (i.e., Class 2 - Rivulus) auction begins.
- A complete list of auction items, including description, bag number, and show results,
will be available prior to the beginning of the auction.
- A special class species raffle drawing will proceed the beginning of each class auction.
For example, the drawing for one or more pairs of a native killifish will be
conducted just before the first pair of native fish comes up for auction. Raffle
tickets will sold during throughout the convention up to the beginning of the auction at
11:00 a.m. Sunday.
