Shipping non-annual eggs

I've been in contact with someone who has a species of killie that I've been wanting for quite a while. He's agreed to sell me some eggs, but has not sent eggs through the mail before. He asked me how he should do it, and I had a few ideas, but I'd never sent eggs myself. What's the best method to ship non-annual eggs? Plastic vial? Breather bags? I'd appreciate any experienced advice. Thanks!

Pack them in a small amount of damp peat or cocoa fiber in a plastic back and mail them. I've received non-annual eggs this way from Europe with no problem. I prefer the cocoa fiber as it's renewable.
