I can't help you with that particular species (but I'm sure more experienced folks around here will), but more or less eggs look like the picture here:

There are many good articles, books, and web sites that will give you the basics about spawning killies with mops. I might as well direct you to the article that the above picture is from, here: http://www.atchison.com/fishinformation/killi_egg_harvest.htm , but there are many more.
Do a little research, you'll be amazed at all the info out there.
