Beginner questions - Killifish in planted tank

I plan to set up a 25 gal planted tank in a month. It will be fairly high light and I will add CO2. I will put maybe a few otos in addition to killies.

Do you think 2 pairs of Aphysemion Australe(gold-red) and 2 pairs of Fp.gardneri nigerianus will fare well in this tank? I fear there will be aggression and a lot of hybrids. I will buy a few small tanks for conditioning pairs and rearing fry.

For filtration, I originally planned to buy Eheim 2213,but its current may be too much.

Do you think Atman 3335 will do the job?
Its flow rate is 600lt/hour.
